RCM Y-Wall
As a sheathing board, it can be used behind rain screen cladding, insulated facades cedar cladding to name but a few applications.
The product offers very similar properties to that of cement particle board, but due to the calcium additives, it has much greater fire resistance properties. This is to meet the ever more stringent demand from specifiers, clients and insurers in the market place.
Y-wall is resistant to the general effects of moisture, humidity changes, rot, insects, vermin and is non-combustible and has excellent fire related properties (60 and 90 minutes firewall when used in through wall application).
